Health & Safety
Health & Safety: City & Guilds Level 1
Two days of health and safety training, delivered via webinar. You’ll then sit the Level 1 City & Guilds Health and Safety exam online. It’s the first qualification you need before stepping onto a site.
Site Access Card
CSCS card
A one-day webinar to prepare for your CSCS exam. When you’re ready, our recruitment team will arrange your test at a local centre. Once you pass, your CSCS card will be sent directly to your home.

Interview prep and career support
With your CSCS card, we’ll line up interviews for 300+ labourer and site roles across the UK. Before you start, a two-day induction webinar gets you site-ready. This is when you start earning.
First site role
Start earning
Most earn while you learn students start in a site labourer role, handling maintenance, setup and clearance. PPE is provided. Pay is typically £10.65–£14.00 per hour, depending on site and location.

Not exactly. Our Earn While You Learn programme works like an apprenticeship in that you earn a wage while you train, but it isn’t part of any government-affiliated apprenticeship scheme. Think of it as a private alternative that gets you to the same place.
Apprenticeship places are limited and often go to school leavers. Earn while you learn is open to anyone over 18, starts when you are ready rather than in September, and puts you on a paid site role within months instead of years.
Our other courses train you and leave the job hunt to you. Earn while you learn bundles the training, the CSCS card, interview preparation and a guaranteed route into paid site work into one programme.
